Less than a month left before the anniversary summit "Russia - Islamic World"

On May 10-12, International Economic Summit "Russia - Islamic world: Kazan Summit" will be held in Kazan.

For ten years, this site in Kazan gathers representatives of international organizations, public authorities, financial institutes, embassies, parliamentarians, leading investors and businessmen, top-managers of Russian and foreign companies. The summit has proved itself as a successful business platform for establishment of new contacts, as well as a tool for the presentation of economic opportunities and investment potential of our country.

By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was appointed Chairman of the Group of strategic vision “Russia – Islamic world”. In the frames of the activities of the group, KazanSummit 2018 is prepared by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.

The key-topic of KazanSummit 2018 is "Halal Lifestyle".

At the jubilee Summit, new thematic sessions as well as traditional panels, such as Kazan Youth Entrepreneurship Forum, Conference of Youth Diplomats and Sberbank Business Breakfast are planned. In addition, business program of the Summit will cover such topics as Islamic Finance and Partner Banking, IT startups, blockchain technology, export, social responsibility of business, public diplomacy and others. 

In modern realities and rapidly changing international processes, the countries have to look for reliable economic partners. Owing to the changing political course of the Russian Federation, the cooperation with Islamic countries seems to be increasingly promising. The Summit will serve as an effective platform to find new clients and business partners, demonstrate investment potential and economic opportunities of the Russian entities.
